服ヲ掘ルのサイトを独立させました。

Fukuwohoru now has a site of its own.

We've moved Fukuwohoru out of fukubori.jp and given it an independent site.
The one you're looking at now — fukuwohoru.com — is that place.

The reason is simple: two things with very different characters were sharing one house.
FUKUBORI is a brand that makes and sells clothing.
Fukuwohoru is a research practice that disassembles vintage garments to read the intent behind their construction.
Different people visit, looking for different things.
We decided both would be easier to see with a place of their own.

What you'll find here

  • Archive — Research articles on disassembly and analysis. All past articles have moved here.
  • Shop — The Fukuwohoru book series.
  • Exhibitions — Records of past exhibitions, and what's ahead.
  • About — About Fukuwohoru. You can also read the Manifesto from there.

Old links redirect here automatically, so you'll arrive without doing anything.
That said, we'd be glad if you updated your bookmarks.

We've also prepared an English version of the entire site.
You can switch languages from the top right.
We hope this research reaches someone across the sea.

FUKUBORI products remain at fukubori.jp as before.

The place has changed, but the work hasn't.
Disassemble, observe, record, share.
Thank you for continuing to follow along.
